Urgent Media Manager issues 3

Hi All

Running into an issue on site. A powered by solution running 11.0. using media manager on additional HD 1 etc.

The disc run out of space and then stopped recording. i increased the GB on Vsphere, however the change didn't take affect on the os when running a df -h on ssh, it still showed the size of the old partition. Anyways took a back up of all recordings then formatted the drive its now showing the correct amount of disc space but when calls are coming through they are not recording correctly and showing a call time of 0.00

Looked at the logs and the following is in major alarms for Media manager
Failed to encode file /additional-hdd#1/000000/000/12/86/000000000128686.wav from codec OPUS to /opt/MediaManager/temp/000000000128686.opus.: Major Alarms?

Anyone have any idea on how to get through this?

Issues resolved if anyone has this issue this is what i done.

Chmod the vrl handover folder and took a backnup of any temp files then deleted the back log then turned off media manager service resynnc the partion in 7071. When i say resync change it something no exsistant save then change it back save. Go to configuration on media managet and change the recordings file destination to something different then update then send it back to add#1/partion1 (abbreviated) then update and restart the mm service.

And just like that the recordings started again..

Also fyi avaya do not support increasing or shrinking of an additional harddrive after first deployed. I was told to delete the add hd and create a new partion.

Another valid point though to anyone reading this thread that this would have been avoided with correct archiving setup.
