URGENT Legend Signaling/Supervising Type T1

Hi,

Kind of in a pickle here. Just started at a new company and they have a Merlin Legend with a DS1 trunk. We are changing long distance carriers and the new carrier is asking for these on our DS1 trunk:
signaling type
supervising type

How can I find out which types I have? I do not have the software to access the Merlin Legend, so I'll have to do it through the operators console.

At the Console, MENU > SYSTEM PROGRAM > START or EXIT > LINES & TRUNKS > LS/GS/DS1 > Enter the SLOT of the System that the T1 is connected to > Then you can look at TYPE, FORMAT, SUPPRESSION & SIGNALING.

Be very careful if you CHANGE to or FROM a PRI type of circuit.

None of this is designed for amateurs to attempt.

Also, a lot of the vendors out there DO NOT KNOW HOW to make their product work with the LEGEND or MAGIX.

They think they do, BUT THINKIN' WON'T GET IT, YOU GOTTA KNOW!!
