Urgent how to get % inside a column of cross tab report

say i have a column in cross tab report which shows the count of the number of people in a company.

what do i do to have to show (%) next to each number

In Crystal 10, you can add an extra field to a crosstab, though it typically appears on the next line. It helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.
