Urgent help required

some of the messanger services r not working yahoo and msn

and some more also fine but some of chatting not working

we restarted firewall and everything but i can work thru

other isp any solution plz

If you can use the same equipment and it works through another ISP, I would assume that the problem is related to them - have you spoken to them about it?

If you're really saying that when you move your laptop/workstation to a new network and everything works, why don't you describe the network/firewall/whatever in a bit more detail and help us help you?
