URGENT HELP NEEDED,PLEASE!

Dear Friends,
i had connected my WinXP professional to WinNT4.0 server and when i tried to add user account in WINXP professional into domain it's throwing an eeror message "this workstation can not be added, as there is no trusted relation ship between server and work station". in WinNT4.0 server system logon the following services were failed.
1).service control manager
2).Rdr
3).NETLOGON
when i had tried to start NETLOGON using cmd->net start netlogon command it was showing that it has been already started this service.please advise the solution for this urgently.

Dear Friends,
i had also noticed on the WinNt4.0 server event file byclickingon NETLOGON the description of error is as follows
source:NETLOGON
Type:Error
EventID:5723
Description:The session setup from the computer BOND failed because there is no trust account in the security database for this computer.the name of the account in the security database is BOND$.

I request all of you to help.
