Urgent help neede

i am using winnt, i installed norton corp edition in that pc but now when i shutdown or click find the pc it is showing blue screen

Well I suppose you could call technical support. I've seen a lot of misery with older versions of Norton. Are all your drivers up to date? Do you have the latest service pack? Is the version of norton meant for NT? Was everything working before? Do you have an older version of the registry you can restore? Go into the configuration of norton and turn everything off, so that nothing is running at startup. Reboot. Does that fix the problem? Try adding in various services one at a time, and rebooting. The only thing I would let run is antivirus. Maybe the firewall if there is one.
