Urgent- Help - ArcServe2000 Services disappeared after SP4 update

we have ArcServe2000 Advance edition.
product is registered and worked fine for many years.
Now we updated to 7.0 SP4 (built-1100).
All related ArcServe services in service control panel
have disappeared. Now engines will not start as a result.
I don't want to reinstall/re license product.
Can someone please help? IS there i can add these
registry keys myself. ANy help is much appreciated

yes, i have rebooted machine.
these services are missing now:

ARCserve Database Engine
ARCserve Discovery Service
ARCserve Job Engine
ARCserve Message Engine
ARCserve Tape Engine

any chance one kind person please please export these keys
to a reg file and cut/paste it in here?

these would be under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servicesfolder.

Could you please do the same cut/paste for following 3 services too?
1-ARCserve Database Engine
2-ARCserve Job Engine
3-ARCserve Tape Engine
(above) services have disappeared too.

Yours gave "Cheyenne Alert Notification Server",
"ARCserve Discovery Service", and "ARCserve Message Engine"
