On GSM 0, no led is on
On GSM 1, 3 green led is on, and 1 yellow led is on
On GSM 2, no led is on

The problem is, conversation between A party and B party,
some part of conversations can not be heard...

 
we have more then one option now. I would try this:

block, restart, and deblock GSM1

By the way I wonder, that sync comes from GSM1, Normally GSM0 is Master.
 
MCCL should be GSMULT=0-0, If you have external line in LIM1. FIRST EXTERNAL SYNC should be LIM1.

The updated result is this;
Problem occurs when a call comes or uses GSM2 pcm links..
When the GSM2 was disabled no problem occurs...
All cards in GSM2 and also cables were changed, but still problem occured.
GSM2 magazine was pyhsically changed with gsside1 magazine and re-enabled, but the problem still occured...
Now does anybody have idea how to fix the problem of GSM2 magazine Now the switch uses 60 PCM links per lim.

I don't think you have a hardware failure.It looks to me like a software problem.
Do you just get one way speech with allcalls concerned with GSM2?Or do you get cut connections.Do you loos the physical connection?or is it just muted?

Hi jazaya, Problem is, A party can not hear B party during conversation.. The call is not cut off. There is a connection but some of words could not be heard by the customer or the agent... When GSM2 magazine is enabled, what we saw is ,the speech connection switched from GSM2 to GSM1 link, and A party and B party can hear each other after switching to GSM2
 
I made a mistake for the last sentence..A party and B party can not hear each other even there is call setup ,but when the call is switched to other GSMs,(dist.marked for GSmult 2-x)) such as GSM 0 or GSM 1, again they can hear each other...
