Urgent Gentran NT

I have successfully completed my inbound transaltion using gentran NT v3.1. But when I m trying to do outbound it gives error in the log file as
1. " splitter: No Valid Interchanges possessed".
2." Invalid input file(gives input file path name). enrecognized data encountered.

I am new to this Gentran NT so anyone's help is appreciated .Its urgent . Its compiling good. I dont know where the error is ?

Have you created a System Import map and registered it in the Imports tab on the System Configuration? See "Creating a System Import Map" in the Application Integration help. The System Import map describes where it should look to find various pieces of information such as: Partner ID, Message Type and Test/Production flag etc. in order to ascertain which relationship and Translation Object to put the data through.
