URGENT Calling out over T1 PRI call drops after 8 seconds 1

I just upgraded my IP403 to the 3.2 (65) Firmware last night and today the phone system was working fine, then randomly it just started this problem and wont clear up even with a reboot.

you dial a number, it sits silent, and the phone display counts up to 8 seconds then the call disconnects and the call drops off your phone display.

Help please, my phone system is down and employees are siting here picking their butts.
 
Sounds like the lines have gone down, do you have any fault indidcators on your providors PRI box? An upgrade would usually be an imediate fault.

Thank you for the fast responses. It ended up being the T1 Switch from our phone provider. I power cycled the router and the phones poped back up. Sorry I should have done that before I freaked out :)
