I'm doing an architectural 3d walkthrough. I have a bit-map background. When I move the camera towards the building the background is static so the building seams to be moving forward. How can I get the camera and background in sync.
This demo could mean a lot of money to me. Please help if you can. Thanks.

Well depending on what the background is you could work around this, by simply mapping the image onto a plane that is situated behind the building. That way, when you move the camera closer, the building wouldn't move away from it.

However, the downfall would be if you were really close to the building, you would immediately see that it is just a flat surface, and that the angle of the image does not change with the camera.

Describe your project a little more, and I might be able to offer a few better suggestions.

Hope this helps.
