Urgent Aloha Help: System Error

Hi,

Someone was fiddling with the time on the BOH computer and now the infamous System Redundancy Error message starting popping up on the non-Master Terminal. Last time this happened two weeks ago FOH crashed. I immediately went to the office and saw that someone had changed the time and month. So I immediately changed the BOH time, refreshed, and the error message went away and right now FOH is working just fine, the DOB date is correct on all the terminals, but the time is an hour off. Can I expect FOH to crash again?

Once time is corrected on either the server or master terminal in windows, restarting the CTLSVR service will force the terminals to adjust the time. System Redundancy Error is caused by the date being changed and once fixed shouldn't pose a problem.

Did you install the DST patch?
