Upsizing MDW

Hi,

I am upsizing an Access 97 database to Sql Server 8.0

I have upsized the database (by first upgrading it to Access 2003) and it is working. My problem is that the 97 database has a workgroup(.mdw) file with it. I am unable to open it or upsize it. I need to attach this to the upsized ADP file. Could anybody please help me. I am new to this and I would appreciate any input.

ADP files do not use mdw based security.
You use SQL server security through the Access FE menus.
