I'm using RedHat 9.0 and I want to turn upside-down the image of video LCD thanks for advanced

Why in the world would you want your image displayed upside-down? I know that you can rotate the screen 90 degs CW/CCW. Try this link.

maybe cuz he is going to australia or new zeland ;)

actually a lot of people are hanging lcd's instead of having them sit on the desk.. and alot will depend on the video card.
KDE (3.2 or 3.3) does have options for Orientation under Configure_Desktop->Display->Size & Orientation, that allow 90,180,270,mirror horz,mirror vert,and normal. But are only available if your card/driver supports it.
 
Even if you hand it, it should have the same orientation. I guess if you use a celestial telescope, you might want to flip the image.
