Uploading document to 1 library and it upload to both libraries

I'm running Shareport portal server 2003. I have one site with 2 document libraries inside it. When I upload a document to the "Project" document library it also uploads the same document into the "Finished projects" document library at the same time. How can I get it to just upload the document to the "Project" document library?

When I try to add an additional Document Library with a different name, it
copies the documents from the original library and places them in there also.
If I try to delete those documents from the new library, it deletes them
from the original library also. I really need two separate libraries - how
do I do it?

You are using the same web part twice so are getting the same content.

Instead

Create a new Document Library and give it a name (DocLib2)

Now you will have two web parts listed ("Shared Documents" and "DocLib2")

Drag both to your page. The contents of each are now different to each
other.

Go into site
Manage portal site
Go down tree to site you want and double click
Manage content
Click Create "document library" Name new lib (New Lib name)

Edit page
Modify shared page
Modify shared web page
Under "Select document library" Select and click the New Lib name
Go down to "Change Tile" Put in New Lib name

Under actions "Manage portal site" Lower left of screen
Go down tree to site you want and double click
Click Under actions "Manage content" Lower left of screen
Click "Create" document library Give a new Name (New Lib name)

Under actons click "Edit page" Lower left of screen
click "Modify shared page" Upper right of screen
"Add web parts" then "browse"
Under "Add web parts" select "Virtual server gallery"
Under web part list Drag "Document Library explorer" into "Middle left zone"
or the zone you want
close web parts window.
Click "Modify shared web page"
Click "Modify shared web parts"
click "Document library explorer(2)"
drop down "Select document library" Select (New Lib name)
Go down to "Tile" Change name to (new Lib name)
Click apply
Click OK
