Upload translation file in Avaya Partner ACS 7.0 - no work

Hi Everyone,

I have the Avaya Partner ACS 7.0 PC administration software on my computer which is able to retrieve the translation file from the PBX just fine. However if I try to upload a change the processor goes to about 100% and never gets above 3% completed then fails. I am using a USB to serial converter connected to a DB9-rj45 created based upon posts here. We have a couple of points of failure but since I can download without a problem and I can set the system time I think it could be something else. Also I have seen people here with the same issue but were using a modem. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Download the latest release of the Remote Administration software from Avaya's site. A change was made in ACS's software, and the RA software was updated as well.
 
Thanks for the info, the latest version I am running is 7.0.1.1 which appeared to be the latest version on the site.
 
Don't know if this will help, but I had similar issue. Uninstall your administration softwareware and reinstall. I would even go so far as to download the current posted version again before re-installing.
