Upload to database 1

Hi,

I am after some code that will upload a document to a file, then insert a link to where that file is in a database.

Any help would be great, oh...must be Access. Cheers

The keywords that will help you find what you need:

"ASP Upload" - pure ASP file upload script

"ADO Tutorial" - Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects are the most common way to connect to databases with ASP. You might add VBScript or JavaScript as a keyword to the search depending on your language preference.

Also, for ADO you'll need to a ConnectionString for your database. Look here:

Thank you very much Steven, most helpful, have been trawling the web for something like this, the current upload I have encrypts the file to the db, thus making it inaccessible to boss - which he didnt like. Bless.
