Upload or remote record AA Greeting

I have read you can import AA greetings. Does this apply to Partner mode also_Otherwise can someone record AA greeting from outside system?
I have MP3 files I can convert to wav.format, I just need to verify it can be imported in Partner mode or just have person with "voice" dial in and record.
