upgrading to version 10.0 from 9.1 question

with version 10.0, you have to enter new licenses numbers. I was wondering what files or if you could copy over the pvl.md file and catalogs of v9.1.? what files is it that we copy over to save the jobs that are set up. ? and job histories.
Or do we have to start all over with setting up jobs.? Is there an easy way to install v10.0?

I was able to install v10 and it kept all my v9.1 jobs and histories. Just install it on the same server and specify to backup the previous instance. I was informed to also backup the data and catalogs directories in c:\program files\veritas\backupexec\ just in case, but it all worked out okay.
