Good Morning,

I am the main switch tech for my company and we are upgrading from an Option 61C to a CS1000. Just wondering if anyone else has experianced this cut over and tell my what I can expect i.e.

Are m2000 and m3000 series digital phones compatible?

If i am using the existing cabinets, do the cs1000 cards just pop into the old slots?

I am a little in the dark, they havent been able to send me to class and there isn't that much cut and dry info out there. Any information as to what i can expext would be great!

Thanks and have a great day.

Are you using MGXPEC cards in the IPE cubes?. Are you upgrading to CPPM or Pentium 4?.

M2000 and M3000 are still compatible.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

The MerMail Module will be converted to IPE, I think we must be going to CPPM i haven't heard any talk of Pentium.

Are the peramerters and commands going to be a lot different?
