I'm current running a W2K Network, about 45 servers. we are considering the upgrade to 2003.

Has anyone seen any major issues with the Upgrade ?

there are a lot of new features, etc in w2k3 you should be aware of - esp a completely rewritten spanning tree algorithm that make replication great - lots of new tools too. Read up on Functional Levels (aka "native mode").

But - I've worked with a number of companies who simply did an upgrade - and worked fine. NO redesign needed unless you have problems you want to fix.

Neph....doubt I would be able to upgrade all the servers at one time due to operational schedules, Does 2003 and 2000 work well in a "Mixed" environment ?

Or should I upgrade my active domain servers first ?
