I have an older Nortel Modular CICS which according to the information in software has SP: 30MVJ24 DR5 and RTP: 30GBG03 installed. I have no idea what those represent, but the T24 I am trying to install doesn't work. I have read here that I need v6.1 to support it. How do I upgrade the software. I see lots of software modules on EBay, but have no idea which to purchase. Any help would be appreciated. We are a small Christian school and we must all wear multiple hats - so no experts here...

MVJ24 is an older 8X24 not a CICS, there is nothing you can do unless you buy a MICS (0X32) and any needed modules if above 30 or so phones.
7.1 is last update and recommended for the newer KSU's.
6.1 will work.
