Hi there,

I was hoping someone could help me out.

We are a bit unique in that we currently have Office XP (aka 2002) Standard edition installed, along with Outlook 2000.

This is down to a historic licencing issue which has finally been resolved.

What we would like to do, is to push out an Office 2003 upgrade package which updates all of the Office XP components and Outlook 2000 to the 2003 versions.

The trouble that we are getting, is that the upgrade package is only upgrading the Office 2002 components, then removing Outlook 2000, but then not installing 2003.

So we're left with Word 2003, Powerpoint 2003, Excel 2003, and NO Outlook whatsoever.

Can anyone help!?!?!?!?!?

Many thanks!!!!

Hi,

If you want to upgrade, you have to install outlook separately.

If you want to do it all together, than do not upgrade, first de-install an old version than make full installation of the new version.

Hope this helps

I was hoping to SMS a job to upgrade the whole lot - its only Outlook it has the problem with.

It just removes it, and doesnt upgrade it.
