I have a CICS that has system version 1.0 extended. I need to know if a upgrade in software will get me to have hunt lines.

upgrading norstar cics for hunt lines

Hunting lines is a telco feature. If you are talking about hunt groups you will need to upgrade to 4.1.

Hunting lines are a feature from the service provider.
If you're talking about a call jumping to line two when line one is busy, don't do Anything to your phone system.
Just call your phone company, and tell them what you're after.
