Hello I downloaded from the LDD site the incremental upgrade version from lotus domino server 6 to version 6.01.

When I try to upgrade the software, it makes a check of the installed version, and whatheter it found the lotus domino server 6 (September 2002) it returns an error version message.

What's wrong?

Can anybody help me?

Many Thanks,

Paolo

This is usually because there are a mixture a file versions. For example at some point an upgrade may have been performed by installing the code 'over the top' of the original install, but not all the options were selected as at the time of the opriginal install. Therefore various 'versions' exist of the install options.
You should have a upgrade log (I think it's called 'upgrade' but I'm not sure off the top of my head). Find this file and it should list the files it has a problem with. Rename these files (or move them to a different folder) and then run the installer again. It should then work.
Alternatively install the whole of the 6.0.1 code over the top of the original install.

You're right!

It was the uninst.dll file, i renamed it, and finally it wroked well.

Many thanks
