Upgrading IP Office V2 from R6 to R9 along with Voicemail Pro Ver. 6

Hello,

I am looking for some guidance on what steps to take in order to upgrade our IP Office system to version 9. We are looking to deploy several DECT phones but the current version 6 we are running does not support them. We have to upgrade our version before we can deploy them. I logged in to our Avaya portal to download the software but I was confused on what I need to download. We are currently running Rlease 6 and want to go to Release 9. We are also running Voicemail Pro and I understand this will also need to be upgraded. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

My best advise would be to go to the R9 download page. On the right side of that page there will be a link to the tech bulletin (I think it is 163)which explains the upgrade path for both the IPO and VM Pro.
