i'm starting the self torture of upgrading sms, and to be honest, i'm not really into reading the microsoft 335 page scenarion guide that is provided as documentation with the cd. does anyone have a good link or article that gives you the straight shot on what to expect and/or plan for. thanks in advance for your time
