Upgrading firmware on 5420

We recently upgraded our 406V2 to 5.0.24 however we have 1 5420 that did not upgrade (other phones are 5410's) and the screen currently says 5420D REL:5.00 06/11/07 Please Wait...

Ran the latest version of avayafw.bat and can see the boot request at the bottom of Manager for the 5420_R6.bin file.

In Manager the Preferences are currently set to C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Manager

Am I missing something to complete the firmware upgrade. I checked Help but in NoUser I only see an option for 5410 upgrades.

do you have a IP set in the TFTP field on the system? does it point to where manager is.

I figured that was acceptable if I see the request at the bottom of the open Manager window.

in manager go to view and then TFTP log and see what that shows for activity. i usually set the TFTP address to the machine running manager.

@amriddle Manager Version is 7.0.24

Set TFTP server address to ip of PC containing Manager. All good. Thank you for not beating me up and being helpful.
