Upgrading BCM 1.0 and 2.0

I have this problem were Im trying to upgrade the BCM. I get two files when I apply the patch. The first is installed but I get invalid for the second. I dont know were the problem is but in the documents i read that i need Upgrade keycode with a value of 210 and I have teh upgrade keycode with a value of 201. Is that the problem??

What does the upgrade kit say? Does the license say bcm50 1.0 -2.0 upgrade or 1.0-3.0 upgrade?

Can I change the value of the Upgrade keycode

Unfortunatly This is un old system and I dont have the kit, I retrieved the key code and I found an upgrade value of 201 although it should be 210 or 211 or 212
