You will have to create an XML file from your configuration and send it to your distributor. They can give you a quote, provided you are Avaya certified and authorized. Otherwise, you will need to contact an Avaya Business Partner to do it for you.
Please remember... If it's not the way that YOU would do it, that does not necessarily mean it's wrong. EVERYONE knows SOMETHING that you do not.
You should be able to see the cost for the upgrade where you are if you look for Avaya IP Office R11 Essential Edition Upgrade PLDS License (396491) but you also need to pay for upgrades to other licences so you'll need to get a quote as above.
