Hi all,
2 weird issues I've never seen before.
1st issue is upgrading to 10.1 from 9.1.6. I wanted to upload the licenses first so I tried and i kept getting "license files cannot be parsed" I have never seen this and I scoured to find answer with nothing so I decided to try to upgrade to the latest patch of 9.1 to see if that makes a difference. Which brings me to the second issue. I go through the normal upgrade process (which I've done countless times) to upgrade to 9.1.12. The wizard showed 9.1.6 to 9.1.12 for the 500v2 and the bin files. I entered the upgrade password then clicked ok to proceed with the upgrade, from here I left it alone and waited for the files to upload. After the upload finish I notice the 500 did not upgrade but the bin files did. I tried the upgrade again and watched the 500 upgrade process go from proceeding to upload, skipped reboot... I uninstalled and reinstalled 9.1.12 and same did the same process with the same outcome. My next step would be to just recreate the card and be done with it however the customer is in another state. any ideas?
