Upgrading 9.0.2 App Server 1

Have done loads of server edition upgrades recently using the upload ISO on the 7070 page and then click upgrade.

Just prepping for a 9.0.2 App server upgrade and noticed that option isn't there, does that mean I have to upgrade via USB?

I know its a basic question, but heyho.

What are you upgrading to?
If major release upgrade,to R10 or 11, better to backup VMPro and One-X portal then re-image server to the release you are upgrading to.
Then recover backups you created.

Yeah, didn't go that well. The App Server upgraded but the Voicemail element remained at 9.0.2. Manually updated this to 11 but then you couldn't log into the Voicemail Pro Client. Login error, rather that incorrect credentials. Rolling it back to 9.0.2 and it worked again.

I feel a rebuild coming on.

I always perform the upgrade via ISO/Memstick reboot install, never failed me.
