Upgrading 5.2(1) to 6.2.1 ED

Cisco's site seems to contradict itself slightly. I want to upgrade our Pix 520UR from 5.2(1) to the latest version, 6.2.1 ED.

The document at

indicates upgrading from 5.2(x) only requires doing a "copy tftp flash" to tftp the new bin file.

The release notes (

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/iaabu/pix/pix_62/relnotes/pixrn621.htm)

seem to say that you need the boothelper file. (The most recent one is bh61.bin.) Am I reading this stuff wrong?

Warning, check your flash memory with "sh mem" and "show ver". Your PIX 520 maybe doesn't support 6.2.1.
You must have for 6.2.1 :
Binary REQUIRES 32MB RAM AND 8MB FLASH
