upgrading 4.x to 7 wont convert email with '/'

I've updated from 4.x to 7.0 and let it convert the profile.

7.0 won't login to retreive mail though. I think its getting confused because there is a / in the email settings for 4.x

This works fine in 4.x:

name: joe
email address: joe@mysite.com
pop3 mail server name: mysite.com
user name: joe/mysite.com

But it doesnt work in 7.x

I tried chaning joe/mysite.com to joe@mysite.com and everything else but it fails.

Dont ask me why the '/' is needed. A few years ago that was the only way to get the mail to work with 4.x

What should I change the user name to, to login successfully?

I would contact your ISP to see if they have any specifics on the logon name. I have run into this problem and the ISP has a couple of different syntax standards for login's/domain name.

I got this sorted now. It was a typo error.

Still needed a '/' in the username.
