Yesterday I upgraded the Symantec Mail Security for Exchange to 5.0. During the install I had told it to keep all my previous settings.

Since about 5:00pm yesterday emails stopped flowing in. I can see in the our DMZ (we have SMTP enabled server that flows to the Exchange server) that emails were accepted, then passed on to Exchange.

Yet they disappear in after that. No one has any emails in their Inboxes.

Yes, i have checked the Quarantine in Symantec and nothing is there.

Thanks in advance.

Do you have the folder exclusions already configure. when you have and Exchange server you must exclude the data store among others to avoid data corruption. Also what type of rules are in currently in place on the Symantec Mail Security?
