Upgraded to Nice perform how do I replay from 8.9?

D0 I have to have old system up and running with the new system to retrieve calls on older version?
And, the old CLS has all the info about call and dat tape Number etc. Is there another approach??

if you havent upgraded from 8.9 to perform then yes.

Was the logger upgraded or replaced for perform install ?

It was replaced have the old with the new.
