Upgraded to 500v2 version 9.0.1.0 - feature buttons

Hi All

We just upgraded our system from a 406 to 500 along with office manage 9.0.1.0 and 1608 handsets . (Gutted PmP isnt on the usercd and is no longer compatible). But anyway. We have the option now to program the feature buttons. What i would like is for the top row (1-4) to be programmed by admin (me) to be:

line1 | Line2 | Pickup | (other) - (Don't know what on button 4 yet, any suggestions)?

Then i would like the user to be able to program the bottom 4 for their own personal speed dials, eg. wife, home, mistress, pub. how can this be achived?

Not sure if you've got access to the Avaya KB or not but basically if you setup Button Programming in User Rights you can lock which buttons are locked and can't be changed

"User Rights | Button Programming
This tab is used to set and lock the user's programmable button set. When locked, the user cannot use Admin or Admin1 buttons on their phone to override any button set by their user rights.
Buttons not set through the user rights can be set through the user's own settings. When Apply user rights value is selected, the tab operates in the same manner as the User | Button Programming tab."
