we have afully ip cs1000 rls4.5 , customer need to add digital & analouge card, we have ordered these from nortel and waiting to send us the new software ( the code ):
my question how i will install this new software to the systme ? mean how to upgrade it ? please if a possible to clarify it in steps>

Do you need the Cards, Software or both?

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

on the system there is no lisence for any analouge @ digital units, we will purchase new liscense ,so my question how i will add these new software to the system pls??

There are certain things with a PBX which are not a "do-it-yourself" project. Basic move-adds-changes are easily accomplished with a little bit of documentation reading and a little bit of experience. Other activities should really be handled by the experts since making a mistake can easily cause serious disruption to your telephony service.

ATBW5 - based upon the type of questions you are asking, it is fair to say that you are over your head in what you are trying to do. Call in a distributor. Feel free to watch what they are doing and learn from it.
