upgrade vio server

configuration : P570 with 2 vio server
I want to upgrade concurrently (LPAR clients running) the 2 vio server (one after the other) from 1.3.0.0-FP-8.0 to 1.5.1.1-FP-10.1 and updating too the multipathdriver (SDDPCM) and Host-Attachement (devices.fcp.disk.ibm.mpio.rte).

What is the right sequence ?

Assuming that the client nodes have disk access through vscsi adapters on both vio-servers, I would take following steps:
- disable the paths to the disks on all client nodes through vioserver1
- ugrade vioserver1 to level 1.5.1.1-FP-10.1
- reboot vioserver1
- update sddpcm and host attachment script on vioserver1
- reboot vioserver1
- enable the paths to the disks on all client nodes through vioserver1

- disable the paths to the disks on all client nodes through vioserver2
- ugrade vioserver2 to level 1.5.1.1-FP-10.1
- reboot vioserver2
- update sddpcm and host attachment script on vioserver2
- reboot vioserver2
- enable the paths to the disks on all client nodes through vioserver2
