Hello,

I Recently upgraded several XP sp3 workstations from Outlook 2000 to 2010. When receiving an email with a digital certificate from a existing sender we cannot view the contents of the email but also get no certificate error messages. Did notice that the contact list in Outlook 2010 for that sender does not have a certificate in it's details and not sure if this is the root of the issue. Email correspondence before with Outlook 2000 was fine. Any help in this matter will be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Karl

Is it ALL sends who send mail with a cert, or only those for which you have a Contact? Is it those that are signed, or those that are encrypted?

Plan for performance, and capacity takes care of itself. Plan for capacity, and suffer poor performance.

Thanks for the reply. I will clarify with the user and get back with details.
Thanks,
Karl

The issue is only with "signed" emails. As far as I can tell it is all Outlook contacts and non contacts senders with digital signatures (without encrypted emails). Not sure how to verify if the received emails are not encrypted ? Hope this makes some sense ?
Thanks,
karl
