Upgrade to IE 6.0 SP1

I've been using it for a while in my test farm, and, apart from its tendency to litter the server with "zombie" processes, it works fine.
A regular reboot sorts out the zombies - but 4 or 5 per user per week has stopped me from rolling it out just yet... CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk

I have the following setup Windows 2000 sp3 Citrix MetaFrame XPE fr2. I upgraded from IE 5.0 to IE 6.0 sp1, I now have the following issue. When I open windows explorer the left hand pane is grayed out ie I have no drives listed. The drives/folders/files are still listed in the right pane and functionality in this respect is not affected. They is no policy restricting this and it happens for all users up the way up to the admins any ideas anyone?
Also this may be relevant upon completing the upgrade i was expecting the users to have to go though the Internet explorer connection wizard this however did not happen somehow their settings were retain though the upgrade.
