upgrade to 4.0(10) now hard redial does not work

Just upgrade to 4.0(10) and my 5410 phone will not redial when pressing the hard button on the phone. I press the button and it shows the previous dialed calls. when i press the one to dial it says incompatable???

Try putting your dial out code as a prefix for the lines

Thats where i am confused. I had all my dial out codes listed as short codes. With the new upgrade it put all those dial outs in the ARS. Do you have an example i could see or what? Thanks

What did you upgrade from? Is it possible that your phones need to be upgraded as well? The phones wont function properly on the IPO if are not running the matching firmware on the phone.

I actually figured it out. The firmware was matching.

I add the dial out short codes in the Default users rights. Thats what fixed it.
