Hi Guys, i have an SE 9.1 Running and i did the Upgrade with the XML. I´m already received the licenses from PLDS.

When I go for it to Upgrade, what sequence i have to run?

I think something like this:

1º Upload the ISO 10.1 to the SE;
2º Hit Upgrade;
3º After the upgrade open the WEbLM and apply the licenses;

What is the best to do?

Or can i reinstall the ISO from scratch and use the licenses on the WEBLM?

Or i have to apply the licenses on the host of the 9.1 and not in the weblm.

I really scare of what is right in this moment, thank you very much for your support!

Thank you!

As you are on 9.1 you can either upload the licence file first and then upload the ISO and then click upgrade.

Or you can upload the ISO, then upgrade and then apply the licence file.

Either way is fine and will work without issue.

You do not need to use WebLM and can set it to local (how I do all mine except the hosted by Avaya ones where the licences are retrieved from a remote licence server).

Read the tech-bulletin as you have to check something!
It needs to something on OS level.

Right guys, i going to check.

I really want to format the server and reinstall from scratch.

if work i prefer this.

Thank you!

I believe you can deploy a new OVA but i never done it that way.
Search for this is in the install doc for the server edition.

You can reinstall but why you wanna do it?

It will take longer and there might be issues if if you don't backup everything properly.

When I did the upgrade I uploaded the iso and then added licenses.
