Upgrade R8 to R9

Greetings to all,

I have a problem in a R8 upgrade to R9.
In IPO500 V2, I have a license R8 and R8 Essential Preferred Edition license.
R9 got a license recently and when we updated the system to R9, it informs me that the license is not valid.

Could you help me?

Which licence is not valid?
if it is the upgrade licence they you need to go back to your reseller & get them to generate the correct one.
(you did give the correct serial number for the SD card didn't you?)

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

The license appears as Valid on manager.
I own the licenses essential R8, R8 and R9 Preferred Essential (PN 275 631
).

What other license have to have?

You need IPO R9 UPG SML ADI LIC - 275670
or IPO R9 UPG ADI LIC – 275669

Better use the second one...

But what I have is information that only need to be with the R8 license to upgrade my system to R9.

you need an R9 upgrade license as you have been told already.
finding the documentation I suggest Google or your distributor or whoever else gave you the information that you can do it without one.

You will find all you need to know about licensing in R9 Product description. For R9.1 it is moved into other documents I don't know right now.

Better to study it yourself then trust your distri. Your distri will not pay for wrong ordered licenses.
