Upgrade question

Hi all,

I have to configure a distributed sniffer for a company and I have few problems;

I have an old distributed sniffer (ET2W) and an old version of the software (DSPRO 4.2).

My software is corrupted , the CD is out of order.

Where can I find a new version for my device ?

Even if you have a copy of v4.2 you would need a liscense key to activate it.

Thanks for your reply wfischer,

I contacted them but they refuse to give me support because I am out of the contract. I mean, they ask me for a mastercare number to get the software but I do not have it anymore. But I just want to get the software I paid for few years ago....

The ngenius team is incompetent for answer me (2 weeks between 2 emails..).

Maybe I can find someone who has the software I am looking for ?
