UPGRADE PROBLEM FROM version 9.0 to 11.1

hey guys i have a problem upgrading the system i have ip office 500 v2 with version 9.0.6.0 , i upgrade the sd card to version 11.1.2.1.0 with this method

the problem is the system still showin version 9.0.6.0 ,i have already migrate licences and purchuse licence upgrade . and i can't upload plds licence to the system .

IS your Manager version 11.1.2.1.0 and is the Binary Directory set to C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager

Do you have the memory sub folders card folders in your manager

However, if the Working Directory is changed to a location without an appropriate set of \Memory Cards sub-folders, the required set of files will not be copied onto the SD card.

i think that the sd card well upgrade but i forget to copy the config.cfg to the sd card after upgrading and insert it in the unit and reboted it

Ti rispondo dall'Italia.
é capitato anche a me lo stesso errore, ho dovuto fare un doppio passaggio, prima alla 11.0 poi alla 11.1.
C'è qualcosa nella 11.1 che non permette l'aggiornamento diretto dalla 9.0 e 9,1.
Puoi aggiornare con solo i file .BIN alla 11.0, poi dopo fai l'aggiornamento come da procedura.

Ciao,
Devi installare un Manager 11.0 anche l'ultima versione va bene, esegui l'upgrade come da figura, non guardare la versione 11.1, non ho una 9.0 per farti vedere, ma togli le spunte com indicato.

l'upgrade in questo modo dura circa 8/9 minuti, dopodiché installi la 11.1.2.1.0 e rifai l'upgrade mantenendo le spunte tolte in precedenza.
