I am attempting to plan an upgrade of one of our IP Offices. This one is currently at 8.1(65) to 10.? (latest release). I have been asked for the config file and the XML file. I have the config file that was easy to find on my laptop. Where is the XML file located for this thing?

From a R10+ Manager, connect to the system live, and click Tools -> Licence Migration
