Hi guys , looking at he avaya documentation, i have to upgrade to 12.0 with the vmdk file, then upgrade to 12.1 with the iso file. My question is: why Avaya has the vmdk file available at 12.1 ? We tested in our labs going from 11.1.3.2 directly to 12.1 and its working.

I experienced the same confusion with the documentation. As you did in your lab, I did with a production system with no issues.

in the latest upgrade and release note of R12.1, Avaya confirmed that the upgrade is available directly to R12.1 from R11.1.3.2 because of the issues of the R12.0 and it's Rocky Linux systems issues.
