Upgrade MICs to 7.1 affect use of Symphony?
I have a customer who is concerned that upgrading their Norstar MICs 6.1 to 7.1 might affect their use of Symphony.
Any experiences appreciated.

You will need to upgrade the Nam (VM)to 4.1 and the ACD will need to be upgraded to 3.7.0002.
