Upgrade MICS 4.1xc to 6.1xc ?

Im hoping to save programming and PRI keycode.

Here is what i have and what im going to try to do-

MICS 4.1xc with RAM V.1 : lots of programming+PRI Key

I have a 6.1xc and a RAM V.2-
1) Can i power down, put V2 RAM in with 4.1, power up
2) Power down, put 6.1 in , power up

Will i keep programming and PRI Keycode ?

-No NR utilities or upgrade tool at the moment-

Dont think it matters when you swap the NVRAM since programming is in in the KSU on a MICS where its NVRAM on M8X24.
